1. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard and other major debit/credit cards. The amount will be charged to your account once your order has been confirmed and processed.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

  You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  If your order includes non-refundable products (e.g., digital products, event tickets, or custom-made/special editions), this will be clearly stated on the product page and is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  

3. Complaints 
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Danish consumer law.

4. Subscriptions & Binding Period
If you subscribe to a recurring box, payment will be charged automatically on the 1st of each delivery month.
